I installed the Z1 return line kit because I had a small but persistant leak from the DS turbo return. Never noticed this when I bolted the new flange up. Explains why the leak got immediately worse.
It doesn't appear cracked all the way to the top of the threads. The flange face isn't flat on the corner, however.
Still have the old lines & the new Z1 kit... maybe dremel the face flat, Hi-Temp Copper RTV it and try again?
